La Revue de droit de McGill est une revue juridique bilingue fondée en 1952 et publiée par les étudiants de la Faculté de droit de l’Université McGill. The primary objectives of the Journal are to assist in the scholarly study of the law, to promote original research and understanding of the civil law and common law systems, and to provide a forum for critical analysis of both private and public law issues.
